Job Title: Sales Professional
Snooze is seeking a sales professional to join our team at the Bathurst store. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing exceptional service.
We are looking for someone who is confident in talking with people and has strong interpersonal skills. Previous retail experience within a furniture/bulky goods environment is highly regarded, but not essential.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
* Build rapport with customers in a genuine way
* Collaborate with the team in day-to-day retail store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, and maintaining the store's appearance
Required Skills:
* A willingness to learn lots of product knowledge and adapt
* The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and physical strength to carry heavy stock safely from time to time
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
