Job Description
We are now looking for a Senior Manager to own and grow Luxury Escapes' retail distribution channel across Agent Hub, B2B partners and third-party agreements. The focus is simple: drive profitable partner growth, keep execution tight, and deliver a consistently strong experience for both partners and customers.
You'll deepen relationships with existing retail, affiliate and agency partners while identifying and onboarding new high‐value opportunities. Working closely with commercial, marketing, product, tech and customer teams, you'll use sharp analysis, clear reporting and scalable processes to make sure our proposition lands well in market and supports broader commercial priorities.
What You'll Do
* Lead the Retail Distribution team with clear expectations on revenue and activity, fostering a high‐performing, supportive culture with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement
* Execute the channel strategy, translating broader commercial priorities into clear, actionable plans that drive sustainable growth and partner value
* Own financial performance across the channel, managing revenue quality, margin and profitability through strong reporting and thoughtful analysis
* Build and grow trusted relationships with retail, affiliate and agency partners, segmenting and prioritising for maximum impact
* Identify, negotiate and onboard new high‐value partners, expanding the distribution network and market reach
* Support the growth of the independent agent network and Agent Hub, driving incremental revenue through partner‐led distribution
* Improve operational processes end to end, working cross‐functionally to remove friction across onboarding, booking flow and customer support
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and partner feedback to identify opportunities and inform channel direction
* Establish and track key performance metrics, using insights to improve conversion, yield and overall channel contribution
* Ensure a high standard of brand representation and partner experience, acting as a senior escalation point and feeding insights back into product and platform improvements
Qualifications
* Strong experience in retail travel, affiliate or B2B distribution, with a track record of growing revenue through partner channels
* Proven commercial judgement, able to balance growth, margin and long‐term partner value when making decisions
* Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying, negotiating and onboarding high‐value partners
* Ability to build trusted relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders, influencing outcomes with credibility
* Comfortable using data to understand performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into practical actions
* Experience leading and developing teams, creating clarity on goals while supporting performance and growth
* Confident operating in changing or ambiguous environments, making sound decisions without perfect information
* Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across commercial, marketing, product, tech and customer teams to deliver results
