About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Retail Technology Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding stores to our loyalty program, integrating POS systems, and supporting retail technology operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Store Onboarding: Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system.
* Manage POS & API Integrations: Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues.
* Work with Vendors: Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines.
* Support & Problem-Solve: Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
* Bridge the Gap: Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Document & Improve: Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements.

Requirements
* Experience: Technology support, integrations, or a similar role.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, POS systems, and app development processes.
* Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
* Problem-Solving & Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Independence & Ownership: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
