As a senior accountant, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership position within our accounting firm and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage client portfolios to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality outcomes.
 * Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
 * Oversee workflow, budgets, invoicing, and reporting processes.
 * Develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
 * Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
 * Identify and resolve issues promptly while managing risk and deadlines.
 * Drive productivity, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the team.
Requirements:
 * Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or equivalent Chartered Accountant (CA).
 * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable accounting or finance role.
 * In-depth knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance requirements.
 * Xero experience is preferred but not essential.
 * Proven management and leadership experience in a professional practice setting.
 * Strong technical knowledge with the ability to devise solutions for clients.
 * Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
 * Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth.
