Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated undergraduate student to join our team as a support specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent technical assistance to our associates, ensuring seamless interactions with our hardware and software systems.
* Supporting associates with computer, mobile and printer hardware and productivity software is essential.
* Managing lifecycle replacements of computer and mobile hardware is a critical aspect of this role.
* Resolving common faults consulting Bosch global products and services is also key to success in this position.
* Collaborating within the team for a supportive work environment is vital.
Our ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of desktop, network, server and application environments.
Awareness of data security principles is also highly desirable.
Understanding of Windows 11, Apple systems and IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
About You:
* Currently enrolled in an Information Technology or similar degree.
* Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
* Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams and other modern Microsoft collaboration technologies is advantageous.
* Exposure to GenAI technology such as MS Copilot is a valuable asset.
