The Work
Your practice will be firmly commercial and business-facing, including:
Commercial contracts and advisory work
Business acquisitions and disposals
Franchising matters
Retail, commercial and industrial leasing
Ongoing advice to SMEs and established businesses
About You
Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland
Minimum 2 years' PQEin commercial or generalist practice
Strong drafting, advisory and client-communication skills
Commercially minded, proactive and keen to continue developing
