We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Administrator to join our team in Collie, on a 9-month full-time maximum-term parental leave cover contract, anticipated to be from March 2026 until November 2026, working Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will work in a dedicated and collaborative Administration team, supporting Site operations through a diverse range of general administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Provide administration assistance to the Engineering, Outage, Operations and Maintenance teams.
* Maintain systems to track and report on actual and forecast costs during outages.
* Ensure costs are correctly recorded and accounted for.
* Identify areas where suitable improvements, innovations and cost solutions can be made.
* Conduct data entry, processing, and record transactions.
* Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
* Assist with formatting and style guiding documents.
* Liaise with document control regarding documentation.
* Help with network re-organisation and document renaming.
* Ensure all site drawings are loaded into content manager following naming guidelines.
* Perform basic ad hoc accounts tasks, and act as backup for other administrators onsite as directed by the Procurement & Admin Coordinator.
About you
* Minimum two years' experience in an administrative role.
* Experience in SAP accounting not essential but well regarded.
* Experience reviewing drawings and manuals not essential but well regarded.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Applies a self-motivated, proactive approach whilst working autonomously.
* Ability to identify areas of improvement and problem-solving.
* Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
