Agile Mining Services is a privately owned company, based in Adelaide, providing specialist technical, mining, and mineral processing services to the South Australian iron ore industry. Our operations located near Coober Pedy currently mine and export 3Mtpa+ high grade Iron ore.
About the opportunity:
Due to an increase in operational requirements Agile Mining Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fixed Plant Fitters to, to join our Crushing Team.
The role will be responsible for preventative maintenance, service, repairs, and breakdown troubleshooting to the range of fleet including, but not limited to:
* Jaw Crushers and Cone Crushers: Metso, Cummins, Striker Crushers.
* Conveyors and screening plants.
The key responsibilities include:
* Conveyors, fixed plant machinery Crushers and screens etc.
* Strip and rebuild cone and jaw crushers.
* Replace conveyor belts, rollers, shafts and bearings
* Attending to breakdowns and problem diagnosing.
* Scheduled maintenance, installations and inspections of plant
* Experience with hydraulics and fault finding.
* Work independently where required but within a team environment.
* Willingness to assist with activities outside of the trade specific role.
Essential Requirements:
* Australian Recognised Trade Certificate CERT 3 mechanical engineering ( fitting trade)
* Current Driver's License.
* National Police Check (within 6 months).
* Experience working on Caterpillar, and Cummins generators
* Experience with Metso/Striker jaw and cone crushers.
* OEM experience highly regarded.

Pre-employment:
