Job Description
* Clearly explain treatment plans, financial options, and procedures to patients.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with orthodontists and team members.
* Actively listen and respond to patient concerns and questions with empathy.
* Capture and manage digital records and imaging as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Dental Assistant preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
