Customer Service Officer
This role involves providing excellent customer service to patrons at the Leisure Centre.
* You will serve as the first point of contact for all patrons, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
* Key responsibilities include processing payments, memberships and facility bookings, and reconciling daily takings.
* Maintaining accurate records is crucial, in accordance with standard procedures.
* You will also be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house and common areas.
* A key aspect of this role is supporting the promotion of leisure centre programmes, activities and events.
* Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures is essential.
* You will report hazards, incidents and maintenance issues promptly to the relevant authorities.
* Additional administrative and operational duties may be assigned to support overall centre operations.
