Senior Marketing Strategist for Automotive
This role leads the execution of marketing plans for assigned regions, aligning with global strategy. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing a deep understanding of 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division products to propose actions that increase marketing impact.
2. Managing marketing programs to achieve high return on investment and capitalize on business opportunities.
3. Monitoring results, refining improvement points, and developing effective marketing promotion/programs in collaboration with sales and Application Engineering teams.
4. Validating industry trends, taking the voice of the customer, and promoting improvements in marketing activities.
This position requires innovative thinking, strong analytical skills, and strategic problem-solving abilities. Excellent coordination and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS-office.
