Flexibility and Autonomy: Key to Success
This role offers genuine flexibility and control over how you structure your days. You'll work with clients living with various conditions, including developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, and degenerative diseases. You'll gain variety in this role, supporting clients with tasks such as life skills, pressure care, sensory, cognitive re-training, prescribing equipment and assistive tech, upper limb + fine & gross motor therapy plus home assessments and modifications.
A Diverse and Fulfilling Client Base
You'll work with individuals living with various conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, stroke, acquired brain injury, brain tumour, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, MS, motor neurone disease, Huntington's disease, and dementia.
Our Team: Passionate and Multidisciplinary
Recovery Station is dedicated to providing community and clinic-based allied health services with a strong focus on disability and senior health. Our team of occupational therapists, mental health occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, and allied health assistants collaborate to design individualised services improving the quality of life for people living with a disability or looking to age independently.
