What You'll Be Doing:
* Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Data entry and maintaining candidate records in our system
* Screening and shortlisting potential candidates
* Conducting face-to-face interviews and candidate registrations
* Assisting the Account Manager with day-to-day recruitment tasks
* Coordinating interviews, inductions, and onboarding paperwork
* Providing general administrative and recruitment support to the team
What We're Looking For:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and people skills
* Good attention to detail and basic computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
* Previous office or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
