The Lead, Digital Production manages production, monitors and maintains the NSW Electoral Commission's websites and intranet to help deliver an engaging, accurate user‐centred digital presence, and contributes to ongoing digital innovation in line with our communications and digital strategies.

* Running and regulating elections
* Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants
* Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018

Key Knowledge & Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional and technical experience
* Experience working in a digital production lead capacity within a services‐based environment, including successfully delivering projects using Agile methodology
* Experience working across a range of content management systems and web‐based applications
* Experience in government or highly regulated environments (desirable)
* Experience managing vendor relationships
* Experience contributing to digital transformation initiatives
* Demonstrated leadership in accessibility compliance
* Experience managing competing stakeholder and business needs with proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated understanding of, and fluency in, web analytical tools, accessibility and digital marketing applications
* Ability to develop clear, accurate and customer‐focused content, with strong writing and editing skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Political neutrality with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third‐party campaigners
