Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Truck Operator, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including trade store operations, customer service and general duties.
- Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis
- Dealing with customers face-to-face & over the phone
- Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Regularly check & create orders
- Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence
- Loading/unloading customer vehicles
- Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
- Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf\'s complaint and customer procedures
- General warehouse duties & house keeping
About You
- Located in or near Dandenong South
- Prior experience within a warehousing environment is highly desirable
- Computer skills highly desirable
- Ability to work from the Dandenong South site full time
What You Will Need To Join Us
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid Police Check
- HC licence
- Forklift license
- 2 years positive driving record
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
