What You'll Do
* Deliver speech and communication therapy in real-world settings – homes, schools, and community spaces
* Support participants across the lifespan with tailored, person-centred approaches
* Collaborate with OTs, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and families for holistic care
* Choose your work environment – field-based or remote for admin and planning
* Service participants within your local area – pool car available
* Lead and mentor junior clinicians, contributing to supervision and team development
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A commitment to inclusive, person-centred practice
* WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, valid driver's licence, and full Australian working rights
* Experience in mentoring or supervising others (or a desire to grow into this)
* A collaborative mindset and passion for making a real impact
