Overview

We're Australian Health & Therapy Group (AHTG) – home to Therapy Pro, Adaptability Therapy, Tashacare, and Avina. With over 400 therapists supporting thousands of Australians across VIC, NSW, SA, and QLD, we're passionate about doing work that matters. At Avina, we empower people to live life their way—through therapy that's grounded, purposeful, and person-centred. We're currently seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our high-performing team based at Elizabeth Vale. This is a flexible, values-driven environment where you'll have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape practice, while designing your day around your clients—and your life. Make a meaningful impact in your community, with the support and autonomy to thrive.

Why Join us

At Avina, we do things differently. We put people first – our participants and our team. This is your chance to shape a role that fits your life, energy, and goals.

* Truly flexible work – choose your days, hours, and rhythm
* Work from home for non-client time – reports, emails, admin
* Balanced expectations – 65% billable model with protected time for reflection and connection
* Monthly connection days – team time to share, learn, and reset
* Earn extra leave – up to 12 bonus days off per year
* Clinical and peer support – regular supervision, CPD, and a present leadership team
* Health & wellbeing perks – Fitness Passport, EAP, and a warm, welcoming culture

What You'll Do

* Deliver speech and communication therapy in real-world settings – homes, schools, and community spaces
* Support participants across the lifespan with tailored, person-centred approaches
* Collaborate with OTs, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and families for holistic care
* Choose your work environment – field-based or remote for admin and planning
* Service participants within your local area – pool car available
* Lead and mentor junior clinicians, contributing to supervision and team development

What You'll Bring

* Degree in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A commitment to inclusive, person-centred practice
* WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, valid driver's licence, and full Australian working rights
* Experience in mentoring or supervising others (or a desire to grow into this)
* A collaborative mindset and passion for making a real impact
