About the Role
Make high volumes of outbound and inbound calls (from warm leads only—no cold calling)
Sell leading Broadband, Energy, and Mobile products
Receive full sales training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For
We're after driven salespeople who:
Have experience in high-volume outbound calling or telesales roles
Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Are motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused
Have a reliable home setup (laptop/desktop computer, headset, and stable internet)
Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for reliable work-from-home connectivity
Can work between 9am–8pm AEST (12pm–8pm AEST late shifts approx. one week every 4-6 weeks)
Are ideally based in or near Perth or Melbourne, but not compulsory
Can attend in-person meetings up to once per quarter at our Melbourne office
Are available to work full-time hours
Must be Australian citizens or permanent residents only
Experience in telco and/or energy sales is highly regarded but not essential.
