The VPS2 roles we are expecting will be based in the office with normal business hours 9 am - 5 pm. The anticipated start date would be mid-July. Typical Call Centre Responsibilities: Providing a positive customer experience during both inbound and outbound interactions Investigating and resolving customer concerns or escalating when necessary Guiding customers through using self-service portals and troubleshooting as needed Handling account updates and assisting with basic finance-related inquiries What We Look For in Candidates: We're seeking proactive, customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
