About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our paediatric services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention in feeding, dysphagia, and communication for paediatric patients.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across wards and clinics.
* Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives.
* Provide supervision and guidance to junior clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate clinician who demonstrates:
* Expertise in paediatric speech pathology, particularly in feeding/dysphagia and communication.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with families, carers, and healthcare teams.
* Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, prioritise effectively, and support safe discharge planning.
* Commitment to service improvement, supervision, and supporting the development of less experienced practitioners.
