Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and deliver professional, efficient check-in and check-out services.
* Manage reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
* Respond to guest inquiries about room availability, rates, facilities, and local attractions.
* Process payments, deposits, and refunds while ensuring accurate financial records.
* Maintain up-to-date guest information in the property management system.
* Provide local knowledge and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
* Monitor guest security, including key and access control.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities are ready for guests.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum AQF Certificate III (or higher) in Hospitality or a related discipline.
* At least one year of recent experience as a hotel or motel receptionist or in a similar front office role.
* Strong computer literacy and proven experience using hotel reservation or property management systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Must have current work rights in Australia.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $69,000.00 per year
