Key Account Manager Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving store cluster sales performance by executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships at the store level.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Driving store cluster sales performance.
* Executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships at the store level.
* Promoting products through demonstrations and instructing both retail customers and end users in their use.
* Identifying in-store incremental merchandising growth opportunities (off-location).
* Developing stakeholder relationships and collaborating across departments.
* Conducting distributor and end user training/demos at SBD Field Days, in-store, on end user sites, and at major trade events.
* Planning weekly and completing daily tasks in Salesforce, ensuring the calendar is up to date and accurate.
* Maintaining a range of clean and workable power tools, accessories, and materials for demonstrations and training.
Your Qualifications:
* Previous customer engagement experience with a passion for selling and business development.
* Experience engaging with end users and brand advocacy.
* Confidence and communication skills to present product initiatives to end users.
* Ideally, some experience in product training for internal or external parties.
* The ability and interest to learn the specifications of the hardware industry.
* Strong planning skills and the ability to work in an autonomous environment.
* A passion to work with customers and end users in the power tool/hand tool industry.
