We are seeking a part-time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Harold Williams Residential Aged Care Home in Broken Hill.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the general maintenance work around the home and grounds is carried out in alignment with a scheduled program.
Key responsibilities include attending to any necessary repairs, maintaining communal areas, and performing various gardening and maintenance duties.
The successful candidate will possess a maintenance and/or trade qualification, previous experience in general and commercial maintenance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
They will also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong decision-making and time management skills.
