Key Responsibilities
* Advising on coverage for first‐party losses.
* Conducting legal research and document review.
* Briefing and conferencing with loss adjusters, experts, and counsel.
* Drafting advice for clients on coverage and strategy.
* Assisting with subrogated recoveries, advising insurers on prospects.
* Handling all aspects of recovery litigation, including drafting pleadings, proofing witnesses, and settling expert evidence.
* Attending settlement discussions to represent our clients effectively.
* Contributing to thought leadership by drafting articles and preparing presentations on legal developments and areas of interest to our clients.
Qualifications
* Admitted with 4‐10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in insurance or litigation.
* Strong analytical and research skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Commitment to delivering high‐quality legal services to clients.
