Job Overview
The Water and Sewer Network Team Leader is a key role within the team responsible for coordinating small work teams to ensure they carry out objectives related to water and sewer network systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate field operators to achieve work targets and objectives safely and efficiently.
* Plan and schedule work for the team, ensuring safety, productivity, and licencing requirements are met.
* Manage the performance of field operators, delivering work activities that meet customer service levels, safety, cost, quality, and time objectives.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Water Operations or willingness to obtain.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, motivate, and support a team.
* Ability to plan and schedule work for the team.
* Current Class MR or above licence, or willingness to obtain through training.
