What You'll Be Doing Providing women-centered maternity care in collaboration with the healthcare team, supervising and supporting less experienced clinicians, and ensuring quality care.
Selection Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife Competence in caring for women and babies within a multidisciplinary team Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking Leadership and ability to supervise and delegate Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development Ability to prioritize and organize workload with integrity and accountability Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination This is a Category 'A' position requiring compliance with NSW Health policy PD2024_015, including proof of influenza vaccination if working in aged care facilities.
