Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative menus that meet customer needs
* Manage kitchen resources, including inventory and supplies
* Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team
* Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of full Australian Working rights
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Minimum 2 years of a la carte experience in a similar role (hotel background preferred)
