Reservations Team Leader
The Reservations Team Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering commercial results, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest and group booking enquiries with accuracy and care.
* Maintain rate loading, market segmentation, and inventory balance daily.
* Monitor and act on pending HOTSOS tasks to support operational flow.
* Ensure corporate, FIT, and wholesale rates are accurate across all systems.
* Stay informed on hotel offers, restaurant hours, and event space requirements.
* Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Support the annual rate audit process with insights and data accuracy.
* Share best practices and assist in training team members as needed.
