The Opportunity Benalla Health is seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our Finance team. (Part Time 24 hours per week) In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Payable processes while also supporting the broader Finance team through administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to consumers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and enjoys working collaboratively across departments. This is a part time position (24 hours per week) and can be spread over 3 or 4 days per week with some flexibility for the right candidate. Under the guidance of the Finance Administration Coordinator, ongoing training will be provided to strengthen knowledge and support growth within the role. Key Responsibilities include; · Performing Accounts Payable function including the timely and accurate processing of creditor accounts and maintenance records · Assist with Accounts Receivable and invoicing functions · General administration/reception, switchboard and cashiering duties including back-filling for planned & unplanned leave · Provide support as required to members of the Finance team · Liaison with other departments, both internal and external, as required · Delivering exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and contractors. · Assist visitors to navigate the health service to ensure positive customer experiences. The successful candidate will have: Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions with a good understanding of accounting procedures High level of attention to detail with proven level of quality and accuracy of work Great communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks Intermediate level of Word and Excel Why choose Benalla Health?
