Regional Operations Manager Role
This is a challenging, multi-site leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on driving performance and building high-performing teams.
* Effective Leadership: Conduct impactful store visits to evaluate performance, motivate Regional Managers, and drive business results.
* Clear Communication: Keep the team aligned with daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions to achieve key objectives.
* Operational Excellence: Maximise productivity by implementing strategic rostering and cost-saving initiatives that promote efficiency and growth.
* Loss Prevention: Lead security excellence by implementing best practices for shrinkage reduction and ensuring all stores meet company standards.
* State Oversight: Manage all stores within your State, ensuring they meet company expectations and achieve growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries, a proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a strong understanding of Customer Experience and a commitment to continual improvement.

Requirements: A minimum of three years of management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of Customer Experience.
