We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who is keen to develop a career in business administration with a focus on recruitment. You will be a team player with strong multi-tasking abilities and a professional, friendly approach. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with candidates. Coordinate onboarding processes, including booking inductions, medicals, and flights. Input and manage data in Action and Client systems. Conduct reference checks. Assist with recruitment and HR administration. Support mobilisation efforts. Carry out other administrative duties as required. Our Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication skills. A strong interest in recruitment. A current driver’s licence. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
