About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager across campaigns, content creation, and store marketing coordination.
This is a hands-on role for someone organised, design-savvy, and confident working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Design digital and print materials using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus).
Manage social media scheduling, posting, and engagement.
Support website updates, EDMs, newsletters, and digital communications.
Coordinate in-store promotions, POS materials, and signage.
Track and report on campaign performance and analytics.
Assist with events, photoshoots, and community activations.
Administration & Reporting
Manage supplier invoices, POs, and marketing budgets.
Maintain marketing asset libraries and calendars.
Run reports on sales, campaigns, and social engagement.
Ensure stores meet marketing and merchandising standards.
Handle general marketing and office administration.
Occasional reception relief and administrative duties.
Uber Eats store front management.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing or a similar role.
Strong design skills in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite advantage.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
Confident written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiar with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
A positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
