A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented National Credit Manager to join their high performing team. Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of 5, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities including:
- Oversee and project manage the existing business processes of collecting customer account balances. 
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer account balances are maintained within negotiated or agreed terms. 
- Motivate and performance manage the team 
- Manage daily interactions with customers in a productive manner which improve the aged position of the customer account. 
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to the CFO as it relates to daily cash inflows, monthly collections and other financial performance measures 
- Minimise the risk of bad debts through proactive account management and timely communication of identified issues. 
- Ad hoc projects and process improvements
To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience operating as a Credit Manager (open on industry) along with strong staff management skills, advanced Excel and perfect communication skills. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly desirable, though is not essential.
