We’re looking for a Front Office Reception / Guest Services Agent to be the welcoming face of our resort and create memorable guest experiences.

What you’ll do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and phone enquiries with efficiency.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and process transactions carefully.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver smooth stays.
- Support the team with a variety of tasks—no job too big or small.
What you’ll bring
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Previous front office experience in a hotel, resort, or timeshare (preferred but not essential).
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with reservations/front office systems (preferred but not essential).
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays across a 7-day roster.

- Paid under the current Hospitality Award.
