We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Technician.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with computers, laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi routers, and other equipment.
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Beyond your technical expertise, owning a reliable vehicle and holding a valid driver's license is also a requirement of the job.
Additionally, you will need to maintain your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment, and parts inventory, as well as hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and keep all necessary insurance up to date.
You will work closely with our team to provide ongoing support and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
