Local Hunter Valley Mine Monday to Friday - 4 day week - Day shift only Opportunities may arise to apply for permanent opportunities Programmed Energy and Resources is currently seeking Shotfirer Assistants for one of our leading mining clients in the Lower Hunter Valley.
Roster: Monday to Friday - 4 day week Day Shift Only, No Weekends
Competitive pay rates, overtime available - Casual flat pay rate of approx $
Superannuation paid on all rostered hours

Key Responsibilities
Assisting Shotfirers
Dipping and tying shot patterns
Priming and loading blast holes
Maintain records of drill holes
Qualifications & Requirements
Safe and productive work ethic
Proven experience in an open cut mining environment is preferred
Hold current Drivers Licence
Already hold a Security Clearance (UHL) or be willing to obtain at own cost
Provide recent work referees
Able to undergo and pass Order 43 Coal Services Health medical and D A Test
Able to undergo a police check
