The Opportunity
We are working with a highly regarded Land Lease developer who is experiencing strong growth and continued demand across its communities. They're now seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team on a thriving community in the Cobram / Yarrawonga region.
This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys helping people through meaningful life decisions, takes pride in building trust, and values being part of a supportive, people-first culture.
The role
As the on-site Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the purchasing journey, from first enquiry to settlement, with care, empathy and professionalism. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role, where listening and nurturing are just as important as sales outcomes.
About you
* Experience in land lease communities or retirement living is preferred
* We will also consider candidates from new homes or house & land background who bring a warm, consultative approach
* Naturally empathetic, patient and nurturing in your communication style
* Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
* Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a broader team
* Computer and CRM savvy, proficient with administrative and process tasks
* Passionate about lifestyle-led property and community living
Roster & location
* Monday to Friday roster with flexibility for community events, launches and information sessions and flexibility for Tuesday to Saturday if needed (
* Based on-site at Cobram/Yarrawonga region. Melbourne-based candidates are welcome to apply as different arrangements are negotiable, eg. Monday to Friday commuting options available, with accommodation support included as part of the package, or a fixed term contract
