This role will suit a superstar administrator! As a strong team player, you'll have a patient but pro-active mindset. Having sharpened your administration and client services skills previously in an accounting firm.
**Your Role Will Include**:
- Assist with administration duties
- Assistance with projects
- Liasing with ASIC and the ATO
- Assist with rollovers for SMSF's
- Review and implement investment options
- Supporting Accountants and Advisors where required
- File management
- Prepare invoices
- Client correspondence and general queries
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings
- Other ad-hoc administration duties
**Ideally, You Will Have**:
- Experience in using CAS360, MYOB, Handisoft is highly regarded
- Experience liasing with ASIC
- Minimum 2 years experience managing large volumes of clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid work ethic and the desire to succeed
