Project Support Team Member
We're seeking experienced candidates to join our project support team and contribute to the delivery of key infrastructure projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination – Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
* Financial and Administrative Support – Managing project documentation, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Stakeholder Communication – Supporting engagement with contractors, government agencies, and community groups.
* Compliance & Risk Management – Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project guidelines.
* Process Improvement – Contributing to a positive and innovative workplace culture.
We're seeking candidates who have experience in project administration or coordination (preferably in infrastructure, water, or construction projects), are highly organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
