What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a broad range of family law matters from start to finish
* Handling complex financial and parenting matters for private clients
* Advising on a broad range of family law matters including Financial Agreements, Property Settlements, Divorce & Spousal Maintenance, Parenting & Child Support, IVOs, De Facto & Same-Sex Relationships, and Surrogacy matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
* Contributing as a key team member within a collaborative environment
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience in Family Law (ideally between 2-5 years PQE)
* Strong background in complex financial matters
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to "hit the ground running"
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
* Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
