The business is vertically integrated: designing, manufacturing, distributing and selling all products through its own retail network (including direct‑to‑consumer).
Haigh's is entering a major growth phase and looking for a people‑focused, systems‑minded manufacturing and supply chain leader to help shape its next decade. Doubling production via the brand new $120m state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing complex while staying true to the craftsmanship and customer experience that define the Haigh's brand defines the organisational ambition.
The Opportunity
As the new GM Manufacturing & Supply Chain, you will lead Haigh's Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution, Operational Excellence and Planning operations. Your focus:
* Build leadership capability across large teams
* Enable "fresh, just enough, just in time" production
* Guide seasonal and year‑round planning
* Strengthen operational alignment across the entire supply chain

You Are
* An experienced manufacturing and operations leader (ideally batch manufacturing; food/hygiene welcomed)
* Strong on people development, coaching, and collaboration
* Comfortable with complexity and integrated planning
* Humble, curious, communicative – leading with influence, not control
* Ambitious in the immediate and longer term
