About the role
At Kiddie Academy in Orange NSW, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Childcare Educators to join our team. As a Childcare Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children in our care. This is a full-time position based in our Orange location.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering engaging educational programs and activities that support children's learning and development
* Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
* Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
* Documenting children's progress and development through observations and assessments
* Collaborating with the team to continually improve the quality of our childcare services
* Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations
What we're looking for
* A relevant childcare or early childhood education qualification
* Experience working in a similar childcare or educational setting
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* A current Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
