As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;
* Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (around 30-35 claims)
* Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
* Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
* Be involved in projects and change management.
What You'll Bring
You're someone who combines technical capability with strong emotional intelligence.
* Proven experience managing retail life insurance TPD claims
* Strong understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy
* Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
