The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our project delivery teams. This role is critical in ensuring that contractual obligations are accurately documented, tracked, and fulfilled. You will liaise closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and effective administration throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities · Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontractor agreements, and variations. · Monitor contract performance, timelines, and compliance with project requirements. · Assist project managers with documentation, reporting, and progress claims. · Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals, and financial commitments. · Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution. · Identify and mitigate contractual risks while supporting cost control measures. · Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management systems. About You · Bachelor or higher qualification in business/Law related fields · Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract administration, preferably within construction or manufacturing industries. · Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and compliance. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. · Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
