Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail liquor stores

2. Manage stock ordering and inventory control to ensure stores are well-stocked and presented

3. Develop and maintain staff rosters and supervise a team of retail managers and sales staff

4. Ensure compliance with all liquor industry guidelines and regulatory requirements

5. Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in retail liquor management
">
* Strong knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and point-of-sale systems
">
* Experience managing a small team, including scheduling and performance management
">
* Ability to operate and manage multiple outlets effectively

* Commitment to maintaining high retail standards and delivering exceptional customer service

* Ability to work weekends with two days off mid-week
