We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Brisbane Head Office team. This is an opportunity to gain further experience in your marketing career, continue to learn and develop while being surrounded and supported by a fun and collaborative team environment.
**About the role**:
You'll be responsible for supporting the Queensland marketing team by assisting with and executing innovative marketing strategies to achieve project targets and provide a superior customer experience.
This is full-time permanent role, based in Brisbane (travelling is involved between sites) with a hybrid working model (3 days site/office and 2 days WFH)
**Some of the responsibilities include**:
- Support Community Marketing Managers (CMMs) to execute local area marketing (LAM) plans.
- Coordination and execution of current land release collateral and communications.
- Analysing customer and marketing data to inform marketing decisions.
- Provide support to CMM's to manage and monitor the marketing expenditure.
- Support CMM's with financial administration including raising purchase orders, processing invoices.
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a similar Marketing assistant/ Digital Marketing/ Content Marketing role.
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Preferably experience or at least exposure to managing marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priortise, work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
- Australian driving license
