As a Regional General Manager with us you have a chance to make a real impact Through leading and shaping our SME Business Banking team across Regional Queensland for both Westpac and St.George Bank, you'll live and breathe our purpose of helping Australians succeed. With a strategic lens you'll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises (for us, that's customers with business lending requirements from $250k to $3M), not only giving them a great experience but also leading a service revolution through innovation, productivity and efficiency.

We're looking for a seasoned business banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching. You'll be commercially focussed and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market and a deep knowledge of business credit.
