We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team for the Christmas period, with the potential for an ongoing long-term position. You'll be working in a fun, fast-paced environment, with a small group of chefs who are passionate about creating unforgettable food and dining experiences.
Who You Are
* Minimum 2+ years' restaurant experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
* Organised with a love for well executed food
* Keen eye for detail and food presentation
* Ability to learn new techniques and sections
* Excellent communication skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent
* Sound understanding of workplace safety
* Positive approach to problem-solving and maintaining workplace morale
Must have:
* Australian working rights
* Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays (no split shifts)
* Availability to work throughout the Christmas & New Year's period.
Highly Regarded:
* Experience in similar standard establishments
* Competent across all sections
* Creative flair and ability to contribute to menu ideas
