Project and Administrative Support Role
This is a dynamic role that requires a highly organized and proactive professional to provide essential administrative and project support in the International Student Services unit.
* Coordinate a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting strategic projects and initiatives.
* Contribute to quality assurance processes, ensuring high standards of service for international students, education agents, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Provide responsive administrative support for operations and projects across the unit.
* Coordinate processes and documentation for agent contracts and quality assurance activities.
* Maintain accurate records of project progress, administrative activities, and student services data.
* Assist with data analysis and reporting on student metrics, agent performance, and recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the planning and delivery of international visits, study tours, and events, including logistics, itineraries, and stakeholder liaison.
2. Respond to general enquiries and triage complex or urgent matters within agreed service standards.
3. Prepare reports, briefs, and communication materials on behalf of the Director, and support broader communications to students, agents, and partners.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes in line with compliance and service excellence goals.
Requirements:
* A strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Experience working in an international student admissions or student services role is highly desirable.
* Experience in using student management systems (e.g., PRISMS, Banner) for admissions processing and data management is highly desirable.
* Qualifications in business administration, international education, or a related field will be highly regarded.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
