About the role
As our Shift Manager, you will drive excellence in QSC & sales and profitability while supervising staff & delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborating with/leading our in‑store team for superior quality and service
* Maintaining workplace safety & highest food safety standards
* Managing inventory, labor and cash control to maximise profitability
* Ensuring proper cash handling according to McDonald's policies
* Monitoring metrics to meet targets and goals
* Gathering customer feedback to enhance experiences
What we're looking for
* Full Australian working rights essential
* Demonstrated general Management experience or similar
* Demonstrated leadership skills + ability to achieve results
* Hospitality/retail management experience preferred but not required
