They are seeking a part-time administrator to join their team for 2-3 days per week.
Your new role
As a Part-Time Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
* Assisting with scheduling meetings and diary management
* Responding to internal and external enquiries
* Preparing reports and documentation
* Supporting project and programme delivery as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note: Successful candidate will be required to have a current Working With Children's Check and Category B immunisations.
